Our approach

In theatre and film, everything comes down to performance - your role, your strategy, your delivery, your impact.

At Changing Stages, we bring that same thinking into the business world, helping people perform with clarity, confidence, and purpose when it matters most.

Drawing on actor training, we help people explore how they show up in the moment - how they respond, connect, and adapt. The result is communication that feels natural, intentional, and fully alive.

We focus on personal impact - what people experience when they interact with you. It’s in your voice, your presence, your eye contact. It’s in how you tell a story, hold attention, and build trust. We help give participants the tools to shape that impact through:

  • Voice and delivery

  • Physical presence and energy

  • Connection and interaction

  • Storytelling and authenticity

  • Objectives and tactics

How we work

No two organisations, or individuals, are the same, therefore we tailor our offering to meet your specific needs. However, our programs are built on three essential building blocks:

Internal Foundations

1. Learning by Doing

Our workshops are built on action. From the very beginning, participants are on their feet - exploring, experimenting, and practising in real time. There’s minimal lecturing and maximum engagement. It’s hands-on, practical, and designed to build confidence quickly.

Internal Foundations

Progress comes from doing - and refining. Everyone has the opportunity to deliver, receive direct feedback, and learn through collaboration. It’s a supportive space where people can test ideas, build skills, and see immediate improvement.

Internal Foundations

2. Immediate Feedback

3. Having Fun

People learn best when they have a smile on their face. If our participants enjoy themselves whilst working with us, whilst picking up a practical skill or two, then we are happy!
